We recently had an order from this customer where the food was already prepared and our rider had already arrived at the given location, only to find out that the customer wanted to cancel the order because they could no longer pay for it.
Please understand that every order we prepare involves food, time, effort, packaging, and delivery costs. Once your order is confirmed and prepared, especially when it is already out for delivery, cancellation can result in a significant loss for our small business.
We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, but please make sure you have enough money available before placing a COD order. ππ»
