Calibration Day at Caferiano ☕

This week we cupped highland beans from Papua New Guinea — full body, deep cocoa, quiet sweetness — benchmarked against our house roast.

Because at , consistency is a standard, not luck:

☕ Daily morning calibration — every shop, every shift

🗓️ Quarterly intershop calibration — last held July, next this October. Claveria & Quezon City, same cup, same taste.

And we're proud of our baristas, who pass every periodic calibration test. The machine doesn't make it consistent. They do.
