ROLLIZZA β€” A Kapampangan Innovation

Did you know that the famous Rollizza of Amare by Chef Chris was invented in Angeles City in 2004?

A creative collaboration by Chef Chris and Chef Tinlou, it features a very thin-crusted flatbread with a special white sauce and an ever-changing array of toppings based on what can be sourced locally.

What makes it unique is the addition of arugula and alfalfa, now locally grown, which are placed on the flatbread and rolled before eatingβ€”giving rise to the name Panizza, now rebranded as Rollizza.

A true example of Kapampangan innovation at work.
