The Gyu Series heads East. This time, premium Angus beef is flash-fried on the teppan with fragrant lemongrass and garlic, releasing an instantly sharp, herbaceous aroma.

We pair it with premium steamed rice, topped with a crispy crunch of fried baby shrimps and a bold spoonful of our house-made Lemongrass Sa XO sauce.

Every bowl comes balanced with crisp cucumbers, fresh cilantro, and a bright, tangy crunch of pickled đo chua radish and carrots. Served with a side of savory Nuoc Cham to tie it all together.

The Gyu Series evolves. This time, premium Angus beef hits the searing teppan, cooked in rich smoked butter and deep, savory smoked tallow. We flash-fry it with onions, pepper and aromatic garlic, infusing every single bite with a bold, wood-fired depth.

Underneath, a steaming bowl of premium white rice gets dressed with more of our signature shoyu-kombu tare. We top it all off with our crunchy, house-made furikake - a blend of toasted sesame seeds, nori, savory bonito flakes, and aonori.

Tender, premium Angus beef takes center stage, sizzling on a teppan grill. Flash fried with a rich, savory shoyu-kombu tare base, tossing in aromatic garlic, sweet onions, and crisp carrots. All finished with a glossy drizzle of sweet teriyaki sauce.

Let's introduce the brands here at Anyday, starting with BANK BRGR.

BANK BRGR is a premium burger concept born within Banilad Kitchen, a cloud kitchen we opened during the pandemic.

We started with a simple mission: Simplify and build a proper burger.

For us, it is all about the Bun-to-Patty Ratio. No massive, messy toppings that slide out of the bun, and absolutely no dry meat.

We use light, buttery buns with the perfect weight and texture to act as the ultimate vessel, so you can really taste the quality of the beef.

Every single layer is built with intention, featuring rich, quality cheddar cheese melted to gooey perfection. We elevate classic flavors with sauces, condiments and pickles both crafted completely from scratch, right in our studio.
