So, made some vege wrap made of sayote, potatoes, black olives and fresh dill from my garden spiced with my fave spice fenugreek seeds & leaves with turmeric… the wrap is from whole wheat flour & water🌱🥗

Okra or lady finger is a very good vegetable when spiced up with Fenugreek seeds and turmeric… it’s just so aromatically magnificent! Yum💕

HUMMUS is a classic Mediterranean dish, a nutrient dense food perfect dip for pita and even other unleavened bread or chips.

This is made from Chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, asoefaetida, cumin powder, Spanish paprika, lemon & salt to taste.

You can make your own and just indeed have the main ingredient TAHINI and Chickpeas. If you want to get some, our store has this. Pm 09665215929 and now, let’s EAT this! ❤️😇❤️

Been cooking for other people lately and mostly Indian inspired food. Some days ago, we had cooking jam and one student asked me about plant based for pasta sauce. So, I did a little this dawn as I drank too much tea and wasn’t able to sleep. I am starving like crazy and here’s what I have.
5 small tomatoes, pressure cook black chickpeas 1/2 cup, pinch of hing or asoefaetida, salt, green and red chillis , capers, local basil & walnut... this was basically in the fridge and I mixed them all. Actually, you can just do as simple as you can too and main ingredients can be black chickpeas, black pepper and tomatoes is perfect when you sautee them and put into blender. You will have a rich thick sauce for your pasta already. .
So, there i forgot to take a photo while sautéing the raw sauce and the blended one but will do after sometime soon 😇🥗.so here, Bon apetitooooo ❤️

Jackfruit Samadhii is a perfect dish made from Jackfuit and with chosen herbs and medicinal spices from India. This is superbly rich in protein, iron, calcium and excellent in aiding digestion.
