QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or
related field;
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of Experience as a Supervisor or Manager in retail
Previous Supervisory or Leadership Experience
SKILLS:- Ability to inspire and guide employees, create a positive work
environment and foster teamwork
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers
- Ability to multitask, manage time and maintain an organized store
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandise
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions
