Before accepting orders, we make it a point to inform our customers that preparation may take around 20–30 minutes depending on the queue. Minsan, we even say up to 1 hour para aware ang customers at hindi mainip. This is because our Beef Enoki Rolls are slow-grilled to ensure proper cooking and quality.
If wala po kayo sa area when your name is called, we move forward to the next order so we can serve everything hot and fresh from the grill. Pero no worries naman, once you arrive, priority naman agad kayo.
We also use beef short plate, hindi typical cuts, and our cheese sauce is homemade, not powdered. This is part of our commitment to serving better and quality food.
Regarding the price, you may also try to compare with other stores like Fusion Alley and similar concepts. Pero as mentioned, we use high-quality ingredients. With that, we believe ₱70–₱80 is already a fair and reasonable price for the quality we serve.
We always welcome constructive feedback. Paulit-ulit po namin itong sinasabi sa customers namin kasi gusto namin everyday kai nag-iimprove. However, we believe concerns are best addressed through direct communication so we can improve where needed. Still, we’re grateful that you took the time to visit and try our products.
Addressing our response time, if you message us around 5:30 PM onwards, we are usually already cooking and preparing orders, so replies may be delayed. Apologies po. 🙏🏻
