Last night’s meeting wasn’t easy, but it was necessary 🤍
After the recent concerns and feedback we received, nag gather ang buong team namin to reflect, listen, and openly talk about where we fell short and paano kami mag iimprove moving forward.
While on my way to work, I am on a video call with the team 🥺 Seeing everyone talking honestly about the situation, the root causes, customer experience, coordination issues, and operational lapses really reminded me how much everyone still cares and wants to do better.
One thing we all agreed on:
Hard work alone is not enough if the systems behind it still need improvement.
During the meeting, we openly discussed:
• Areas where kulang kami in support and coordination
• Operational gaps during peak hours
• Delays and customer experience concerns
• Product consistency opportunities
• Better communication internally and with customers
• Retraining standards for service and teamwork
And most importantly: Accountability.
As a growing team composed of working students, passionate staff, and PWD team members, we know na continuously pa rin kaming naglelearn how to create smoother and more consistent operations. This isn’t an excuse, but something we genuinely want to improve on every single day 🤍
Some of the action plans we are already implementing:
✔ Upgrading our microwave oven into a commercial-grade unit (ongoing) to improve food preparation flow during peak hours
✔ Adding dedicated cutlery, condiments, and water stations on both the alfresco and airconditioned floors
✔ Deploying an additional delivery rider that will cover our peak hours to help reduce delivery delays
✔ Revisiting and revamping our recent carbonara and homemade patty recipes together with our commissary kitchen
✔ Conducting taste checks on all newly prepared stocks to ensure consistency before serving
✔ Redesigning parts of our kitchen workflow to improve efficiency and coordination
We are still closed today as we continue working on these operational improvements behind the scenes. We wanted to make sure na the important fixes, retraining, and adjustments are already properly set in motion before we slowly resume operations tomorrow 🙏
We know rebuilding trust takes time, and we understand that improvements are not proven through words alone, but through consistency and actual experience. But we hope you continue giving us the chance to learn, improve, and grow through this season with humility and accountability 🤍
Quietly improving behind the scenes, one shift at a time.
