Imelda's Best was established on July 1, 2014 in memory of Paulene and Paula's late mother, Imelda. It is a home-based business which started with ice and ice candies as its first products available. The founders and creators, Paulene, Paula, and Moises, later on added a line of ORIGINAL YEMA specialties. Each yema product contains yema that are made differently from the yema contained in the othe

r yema products. The yema in Imelda's Best, ORIGINAL and BEST-SELLING CREATION, Yema Eggs, for example, are made to be smooth and creamy, while the yema in Imelda's Best Yema Balls are made to be soft and chewy. Right now, Imelda's Best has seven different products being sold, five of which are part of their ALL-ORIGINAL YEMA line.
