Cafe Diem is now open! We surely missed you but we did not want to hurry a slow beginning. 😋
We start with our basic products: home-made coconut milk-based gelatos; artisanal breads like sourdoughs, cranberry loaves, Spanish breads, etc; and pour-over coffee.
Of course we have your favorites: Seafood Paella, Bicol Bulalo, Beef Caldereta, and your silogs. When we have the supply, we will have Angus Beef steaks and Catch of the Day dishes.

Dear customers and friends,

We hope you are all well after surviving Typhoon Kristine!
We are on Day 5 since the storm, and were fortunate not to be flooded. However, Batangas was among those worst hit, causing landslides, destroyed houses and highways, fallen electric posts and trees in so many towns. This means we are without power, also now on Day 5. That affects our water supply, internet and communications too. We are surviving on generator/s. However, this is not sustainable and very stressful. The typhoon also impacted our structures and thus we have to assess any sustained damage.
We are therefore pausing our operations temporarily while waiting for power to be restored and also assess any damage and do some rebuilding and repairs, and restock our supplies. We will let you know once we reopen.
We pray we can reopen before Christmas or and/or New Year.
