🐉 TRES DRAGONES
One unforgettable cup.
Every coffee has a story.
Some begin with a place. Some with a producer. And some begin with a flavor that makes you stop and say, “We need to share this.”
For us, that coffee is Tres Dragones.
From the highlands of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, this special lot is produced by Rigoberto & Luis Eduardo Herrera, grown at 1,400–1,800 MASL—an environment where altitude, climate, and careful cultivation come together to create remarkable cup character.
🌿 WHY WE CHOSE THIS COFFEE
We chose the Colombia variety because we wanted something that could express the vibrant, fruit-forward side of Colombian coffee.
And this one truly delivers.
A 36-hour fermentation followed by an anaerobic natural process brings out layers of intense fruit sweetness, lively acidity, and a deep, lingering finish.
As the cup opens, you’ll find:
🍍 Candied Pineapple
Sweet, tropical, and vibrant.
🍓 Strawberry Jam
Juicy, rich, and beautifully sweet.
🍊 Pink Grapefruit
Bright acidity with a refreshing citrus character.
🫐 Dried Plum
A deeper layer of concentrated fruit sweetness.
🍫 Cacao Nibs
A delicate chocolate-like finish that lingers long after the last sip.
We chose this coffee because it is expressive, playful, and full of surprises—the kind of coffee that changes as it cools and invites you to slow down with every pour.
From the coffee farms of Valle del Cauca to our roastery in Cagayan de Oro, we’re excited to share a cup that celebrates variety, process, place, and craftsmanship.

Some coffees are carefully grown. Others are carefully remembered.
Hidden among the cool, mist-covered highlands of Pangantucan, Bukidnon, between 1,350 and 1,400 meters above sea level, Finca de Garces cultivates an uncommon expression of coffee—an Ethiopian Landrace thriving far from its ancestral home, yet finding a remarkable identity in Philippine soil.

Every harvest is shaped by the mountain climate, rich volcanic earth, and the patience that exceptional coffee demands. Through a meticulous Hydro Washed process, the coffee’s natural elegance is preserved, allowing every layer of its character to shine with clarity.

Roasted lightly for filter brewing, this coffee is bright, refined, and beautifully transparent. The first sip carries the sweetness of orange marmalade and juicy mandarin before unfolding into delicate notes of white peach and ripe apricot. A lingering honey-like sweetness brings balance and a silky finish, creating a cup that is both vibrant and effortlessly graceful.

This is more than a rare variety or an exceptional process. It is a reflection of place—where Bukidnon’s high mountains, careful farming, and thoughtful craftsmanship come together to create something truly memorable.

Every cup celebrates the dedication of Finca de Garces and the growing promise of Philippine specialty coffee, proving that remarkable coffees are born where passionate people nurture extraordinary land.

There are mornings when coffee is simply part of a routine—and then there are mornings when it tells a story.
High in the mountains of Pangantucan, Bukidnon, at 1,100–1,200 meters above sea level, the farmers of the Bayanihan Millennium Multi-purpose Cooperative patiently cultivate a local heirloom coffee they’ve come to know as “Sweet Coffee.” Every harvest reflects months of careful work, unpredictable weather, and a shared commitment to producing exceptional coffee.

Our role is simple: roast it lightly enough to let that story speak for itself.

The result is a cup that opens with delicate floral aromas and the elegance of Earl Grey tea. As it cools, notes of strawberry, dark grape, and ripe jackfruit emerge, followed by the brightness of orange peel and lemon, all carried by a gentle cane sugar sweetness.

This isn’t a coffee designed to impress with intensity. It’s crafted to reward those who slow down, pay attention, and enjoy the subtle details that make each sip unique.

Every brew is a connection—to the mountains of Bukidnon, to the hands that nurtured every coffee cherry, and to the growing future of Philippine specialty coffee.
