We don’t usually post things like this, but what’s been happening lately is honestly alarming — not just for us, but for other merchants as well.

We’ve been seeing a rise in questionable GrabFood orders, and it’s getting out of hand.

One recent complaint claimed “wrong items,” but the photo showed something we don’t even sell — lasagna.

What’s worse, this same customer has done it twice, using the exact same lasagna photo.

We check every order and keep photo proof before dispatch, so these claims don’t really add up.

To customers trying to game the system just to get refunds — please understand that we absorb these losses. We don’t get paid for orders marked as “wrong,” even when they aren’t.

We understand mistakes happen. This isn’t one of them.

To fellow merchants: document everything.
