Gary’s doing great today—the weather is just right, and our starter is happy and active.

Fun fact: every sourdough starter is different. The wild yeast and bacteria in each starter can vary, which means every starter can bring its own flavor, aroma, and character to the bread.

That’s what makes sourdough so special—no two starters, or loaves, are exactly the same. 🤍
