“Sugilanon sa Fiesta: Hukad sa Karaang Kagay-an”.—An Evening of Lost History, Fiesta Folklore, and Classic Kagayanon Humor

Are you ready to see our city’s fiesta in a whole new light? 🐉✨

The Western Misamis Oriental Historical and Cultural Society in cooperation with LuDaBi Phils, invites you to a hilarious evening of storytelling, poetry, and fun at Viajero Cafe.

We are digging deep into the archives—from the grand 1890 fiesta records in El Boletín de Cebú to the golden era of the 1960s London Circus in CDO.

But a Kagayanon fiesta isn’t complete without our signature wit! We will be sharing classic local anecdotes, from Miss Kagay-an pageantry blunders to why legendary local politicos went hungry (napasmo) on the city's biggest feast day.

Come for the history, stay for the nostalgia, the classic urban legends, and the poetry readings in collaboration with LUDABI. With special live performances from our homegrown artists.
