Light and simple. 🩵 Guan Yin’s base spirit is Gin, which is milk-carified this to smoothen out the strong alcoholic taste. Then it is infused with real, sweet peach and freshly brewed oolong tea leaves, to achieve a delicate flavor perfect for our low-tol friends.

Decadent, and Strong. Just like Pan Gu 🤎
This Flipping Good cocktail uses locally-sourced salted caramel liqueur, balanced with sweetened vanilla extract. Using only sterile eggs for safety and sanitation, then garnished with grated cured egg yolks for an impeccable umami taste.

To all the matcha lovers, who like to get boozy — this one’s for you!

The Jade Emperor 💚 Think Vodka Martini, but mellowed out using a milk-clarification process. Then infused with Matcha and made more velvety with nitro-infusion. Garnished with mala chili oil for a final layer of spice.
