MiMo Cafe is hiring for a Commissary Baker.
📝 Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year experience being a bread baker in a commissary or bakery or cafe/restaurant setting.
• Plus points if you have experience in making croissants, but not required.
• Complete documents SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN, NBI Clearance, Birth Certificate (photocopy), White Healthcard (valid for 2026)
• Willing to work anytime between 6am-6pm, 6 days a week, 9 hour shift with 1 hour break.
• Detail-oriented, knows how to read and follow written instructions properly.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Willing to learn, fast-learner, and can work independently.

• Above minimum wage salary AFTER passing 6-month probation.
• 5 paid leaves (pro-rated) after passing 6-month probation.
• Regularized after 6 months if passed probation.
• Holiday pay and overtime pay paid by the minute (upon approval from management).
• Salary released every 15th and 30th/31st of the month.
