Here's our Bitter Melon Ice cream made with fresh amplaya and altered into a bitter ice cream that is sweetened with sugar cane , but the bitterness remains , like a long held grudge that refuses to be forgotten . it’s sprinkled with candid ampalaya to make it even more bitter.
