One of our signatures.

Rooted in koicha (濃茶) — the traditional preparation of matcha using more tea and less water, creating a thicker, more concentrated expression.

Our Koicha Latte carries that depth into the cup — rich, creamy, and deeply umami, balanced with milk and finished with asin tibuok, a traditional artisanal sea salt from Bohol, for a subtle savory note that brings everything together.
