TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ❤️

Please be informed that our shop is CLOSED TODAY due to an unexpected issue with the CCWD water pipeline connected to our shop. The pipe is currently leaking, and we are waiting for the repair team to fix the problem.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏

Due to this unexpected incident, we will see you on Monday next week instead. We were supposed to open today, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to operate as planned.

We also have some business matters to attend to from Wednesday to Saturday, and Sunday is our regular day off.

✨ WE’RE BACK, SUJI NOMU! 💙

Nag-renovate lang kami nang konti sa loob ng shop. Hindi pa man totally finished—may ilang inaayos pa tayo—but we decided to open our doors again because we know some of you have been missing Suji Nomu. 🥰

🍱 Our comfort food is back!
☕ Some of your favorites are available again.
🍰 Desserts? Wait lang muna—may konti pa kaming inaayos before we bring them back. 😉

For now, open muna kami until Friday habang unti-unti naming inaayos. Then, we’ll continue working on everything over the weekend. 🛠️✨

Hindi pa complete ang menu for now, but little by little, we’re bringing Suji Nomu back—better, fresher, and still made with love. ❤️

👨‍🍳 Meet Kj — my lil’ bro, bestie, business partner… and now, the successor of our café. ❤️

After 13 years in business, finally, really back na siya. And this time, hindi na lang kami magkapatid na magkasama sa lahat ng kalokohan at adventures—business partners na talaga kami. 😂❤️

Siya na ang magma-manage ng dining area, while I’ll continue managing the kitchen, just like I’ve always done.

Actually, this café has always been more than just a business for me.

It was inspired by the small cafés I discovered during my almost a decade in Tokyo, Japan, and from my many visits to Seoul, Korea. I was always amazed by the people there and especially by the small café owners.

There’s something about the way they do business that really stayed with me.

They do things kokoro kara—from the bottom of their hearts. ❤️

Hindi lang dahil gusto nilang kumita. Hindi lang dahil “business” siya.

May passion. May purpose. May pride sa ginagawa nila.

But I also learned something important:

Passion alone is not enough when you’re running a business.

Kahit hands-on ang owner, kailangan pa rin ng system, standards, consistency, and discipline.

Kaya after 13 years, we’re entering another chapter of our café journey.

From being siblings who grew up doing everything together…
to becoming partners in business…
and now, slowly building the next generation of this little dream we started.

Same family. Same passion. New chapter. ❤️☕️

Here’s to more adventures, more kalokohan, and hopefully… mas maraming customers! 😂

Suji Nomu started as a small café inspired by the little shops in Tokyo, Japan & Seoul Korea— the kind of place where the owner personally prepares the food, serves it with care, and makes you feel like you’re simply eating at home. 🏡✨

That simple idea has stayed with us for more than a decade. ❤️
