And another class we finished with a heart so happy and a bag full of learnings.

A Basic Bake and Decorate workshop with the beautiful and game-na-game Chef Cybelle of SHPS CDO. The classroom didn't feel like it. We all had fun learning and practicing the basics.

We did their own chocolate cake recipe and boiled icing.

Thank you Chef and to the staff.

Personally, I had so much fun. My heart is so happy and full. Looking forward to another ws with Chef Cybelle.

And a lot more.

Limitless and endless possibilities of decorating cakes using royal icing as the medium.

This Saturday, we take the student seat once again as we continue to master our craft. We never stop learning new recipes and techniques. And push more to level up the baked goodies we serve you.

Thank you Ms. Marge for recommending Baker's Town Workshop in Tagum. Thank you to the owner and teacher/instructor Ms. Caryl for being patient to all of us who only want to learn more and to the staff for taking care of us. Can't wait to see you all again.
