Hiring: Operational Manager (Head of Subdivision)
Area: Butuan city
Responsibilities
Drive division growth by developing strategic plans aligned with company goals, analyzing markets, identifying expansion opportunities, and setting long-term visions for sustained success.
Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing efforts to expand brand reach and visibility.
Create detailed work plans, timelines, and performance metrics; monitor progress, adjust strategies, and ensure timely ex*****on.
Collaborate with managers across departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives, facilitating meetings and providing guidance.
Identify team strengths and development needs; offer coaching and mentorship to foster a positive environment that encourages continuous learning and career growth.
Enhance division profitability through operational efficiencies, cost control, revenue strategies, and optimizing financial performance by analyzing reports and developing action plans.
Assess investments in resources, technology, and personnel via cost-benefit analyses, prioritizing impactful projects and tracking KPIs.
Pilot innovative initiatives, evaluate their viability, and implement successful concepts to maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and review KPIs, prepare performance reports for senior management, and use insights to refine strategies.
Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
English at B2 level minimum.
Proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, or management.
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand expansion is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
