🐔 ARK HAVEN FARM is looking for 1 FLOCKMAN to join our growing team.

Qualifications:
✅ Male
✅ At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
✅ 18 to 30 years old
✅ Single
✅ Honest, hardworking, and responsible
✅ Willing to work on a poultry farm
✅ No vices (walang bisyo)
✅ Non-alcoholic drinker
✅ Non-smoker
✅ Work experience is not required (training will be provided)

Preferred Qualities:
✔ Physically fit and healthy
✔ Can follow instructions and farm protocols
✔ Willing to learn poultry management and animal care
✔ Trustworthy and has a positive attitude
✔ Can work independently and as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
🐔 Feeding and caring for chickens
🧹 Cleaning and maintaining farm facilities
📋 Monitoring flock health and farm cleanliness
🔧 Assisting in other farm operations as needed

Celebrating the successful Culmination Activity of the 240-Hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) of the BS Agriculture students from EVSU Burauen Campus. 🌱🐓🥚

For 240 hours, these students experienced the realities of agriculture beyond the classroom — from poultry management, grow-out and layer production, egg handling, farm operations, and agribusiness exposure. Their dedication, hard work, and willingness to learn reflect the promising future of the agriculture sector.

Ark Haven Farm is truly happy and honored to share its advocacy of promoting Agriculture to young people by giving students hands-on experiences that inspire them to appreciate farming, food production, and agribusiness. We believe that empowering the younger generation is one of the keys to achieving stronger Food Security and sustainable communities in the future.

This culmination is not only a celebration of completed internship hours, but also a celebration of learning, growth, and the continuing mission of encouraging more youth to engage in Agriculture.

A small dream, built on faith, hard work and the hope that one day, it would grow into something meaningful. 🙏🏻

😦No guarantees.
😥No certainty.
💪🏻Just curiosity and courage to start.

Day by day, we faced the reality of farming — early mornings, sleepless nights, unexpected losses and lessons the hard way. There were moments of doubt, times we almost gave up… but we chose to continue. 😅

Because this farm is more than negosyo.
This is purpose. This is calling.
And along the way, we realized — we were never alone.🥰
