Did you know Ube Halaya gets its name from the Spanish word jalea (jelly)?

It's basically a traditional Filipino nilupak leveled up with Spanish jam-making techniques.

Dark Chocolate o Prutas?

Maraming akala na ang kape ay dapat "pait" lang ang lasa.
