Closing Letter
(Last Operation Day Oct 13, 2022)
It is with sadness and a sense of changing times that we write this letter. After great consideration, we made the difficult decision to permanently close our Patas de Pollo. The decision to close down our business after 1 yr. and 10months of serving you, getting to know you and making you part of our Patas family comes with a heavy heart. Our family business has been going steadily for many months and has been a wonderful experience for us and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts.
We would like to thank our staff, past and present, for being such an integral part of our business and for helping us to provide so many wonderful experiences to our countless guests over the year. Your efforts and dedication have never gone unnoticed, so we extend our utmost gratitude for your commitment to our brand and our families vision of our restaurant, Patas de Pollo.
We want to say thank you to everyone who has dined with us, whether you've been dining with us for year or just now found us. We are grateful for your continued support and loyalty, you are the direct reason for our success as we are truly humbled and honored to have served you. We have been a part of your most treasured memories: birthday celebrations, graduation dinners, first dates, engagement parties, bridal, intimate wedding receptions,
celebrations of life, we have built beautiful memories together that will last us a lifetime.
However, as much as we love Patas, and seeing you walk through our aisle, the most difficult decision was imposed upon us during these unprecedented times to move on. Once again, our deepest gratitude with our very best and sincerest wishes, we hope that you stay safe and take care of each other.
