Better late than never!

Did you know that the history of chocolate cake can be traced back to 1764 when Dr. James Baker found out that he can make chocolate by grinding cocoa beans?

Owners of different well-known chocolate brands have discovered how to make chocolate more silky and smooth back then, making it perfect for nibbling. But aside from eating it as a snack, during the late 1800s, American chefs began incorporating chocolate into the cake batter, hence the chocolate cake that we are enjoying today has been born!
