Dandanzoy Bugasong is the first and original inventor of the now overly famous BUKO BATCHOY..Buko batchoy is an invention born out of spontaneity.Back in the year 2014,newly opened Dandanzoy Restaurant ,trying to make it's presence felt in the municipality of Bugasong,Antique thought the only way to break away from other restaurants is to create a signature dish.Batchoy being the townfolks comfort

food and coconut trees towering everywhere,were the first two things that came to mind.Combining the two out of sheer fun,buko batchoy was born. BUKO BATCHOY is a dish of simple batchoy infused with young coconut juice and coconut strips served in a coconut shell.The rest is history as we say.Other's may have followed what we at Dandanzoy Bugasong have started and created their own inspired versions and best versions of BUKO BATCHOY, but being first and original makes us proud to own and call BUKO BATCHOY as DANDANZOY BUGASONG's PRIDE...
