The concept took shape in August 2022, as the owners returned to Dubai. Seeking a symbol to represent their vision, they settled on the hexagon. After exploring various interpretations, they chose "Molecules" to embody the intricate complexity of coffee beans. This decision marked a significant step towards realizing their dream. The subsequent months witnessed a flurry of activity. The business plan was finalized in September 2022, and the owner made the bold decision to leave his Dubai-based company after five years to pursue his passion. October 2022 saw the launch of Cafรฉ Molecules, offering home-based Flask Drip Coffee bottles. These cold-drip coffees, meticulously brewed for at least seven hours in a Japanese Cold Drip tower using single-origin beans from around the world, were a testament to the owners' commitment to quality. The initial focus on pick-up orders allowed the owners to introduce the concept to the local market and establish a presence. Recognizing the novelty of single-origin coffee selections for the local community, the owners organized Barista Workshops and Seminars to educate coffee enthusiasts and business owners about the intricacies of specialty coffee. However, in December 2022, a trademark registration issue forced them to abandon the name "Cafรฉ Molecules." Despite this setback, the growing demand for their coffee and training services spurred the family to construct a physical coffee shop. In January 2023, the shop opened its doors as a trial run, offering an expanded selection of coffees and a welcoming seating area. The search for a new name led to the adoption of "Arbiter", a word that aptly captures the essence of their mission: to mediate and deliver exceptional coffee experiences. Finally, in April 2023, Arbiter Coffee Shop officially opened its doors in BB2, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro.
