📋 TOURNAMENT MECHANICS
• Format: 2 Pools of 5, Each team plays 3 pool games. Top 2 per pool advance to semi-finals/finals. (same standing: either point differential or a tie-breaker game)
• Teams: 10 Doubles Teams
• Scoring: Race to 11 points
• Win Condition: Win by 1 point
• Serving: Standard pickleball rules
• Game Flow: Continuous play, quick turnover
• Spirit: Friendly but competitive — just for fun 😄

NEXT TOURNAMENT: BEGINNERS AND FEMALE ONLY TOURNAMENT. Same mechanics. (to be announced)
