Most people see the coffee, the food, the space, and everything we put out there. But what you don’t always see are the people behind all of it.

The ones behind the bar pulling shots, making drinks, tasting and adjusting. The ones in the kitchen prepping, cooking, plating, and making sure every order goes out right.

There are good days, crazy days, mistakes, pressure, kulit moments, and a lot of learning in between. 😂 But somehow, we keep showing up and doing it together.

Toyo wouldn’t be Toyo without the people behind the bar and in the kitchen. They’re the ones doing the work you don’t always get to see.

We’re not a perfect team, and we don’t try to be. We’re just a bunch of people who love what we do, still learning, still growing, and definitely still figuring things out together. But we are genuinely proud of how far this team has come.

What a weekend. What a community. What a milestone for Philippine coffee. 🥹

After months of preparation, countless challenges, unexpected changes, and even the weather testing us until the very end 🙏🏼 we made it happen.

Congratulations to our Origami Cup Philippines 2026 Champion, ! 🏆
He will proudly carry the Philippine flag and represent our country at the ORIGAMI World Cup 2027 in Tokyo, Japan. 🇵🇭🇯🇵

It wasn’t perfect. There were challenges behind the scenes that most people never saw. But everyone kept going, adjusted, helped one another, and made sure we delivered something worth remembering.

Origami Cup Philippines is more than finding one champion.

It’s about creating a stage where Filipino brewers can show their skills, tell their stories through coffee, and prove that Philippine coffee talent belongs on the world stage. 🇵🇭
