✨ Fresh food takes a little time—and we promise it’s worth the wait!

At Mikendo Cafè, everything is made to order to serve you the freshest quality possible.

For example, our Pork Katsu isn’t pre-fried and reheated. We fry it fresh from thawed meat only after you place your order. The same goes for our chicken wings—we don’t cook them in large batches and simply re-fry them.

We also want to share that we don’t use MSG in any of our dishes. Every meal is prepared with imported quality ingredients, freshly cooked, and served hot because we believe that’s the best way to serve our customers.
