🍵 A little matcha update from us 💚
We’re currently running low on matcha, and we’ve been having a really hard time finding a good-quality matcha that meets the standards we want for our drinks.
Ever since we open, we’ve been using café-grade matcha because we wanted to offer good quality while keeping our drinks reasonably priced. However, lately, sourcing good café-grade matcha has become more difficult, and the prices of higher-quality matcha have increased significantly.
At this point, we’re faced with a choice: either use a more affordable matcha that may not have the same quality and taste, or switch to a higher-quality matcha that comes at a higher cost.
And honestly, we’d rather not compromise on the quality of the matcha we serve you. 💚
So we want to ask you directly:
Would you be willing to pay a little more for your matcha drinks if it means we can use better-quality matcha? 🍵
We’d really appreciate your honest thoughts and feedback. Your answers will help us decide what’s best moving forward. We want to continue serving matcha that we’re proud of, while also making sure it’s something our customers are happy to enjoy.
