Dear valued clients,
Please be informed of our adjusted holiday schedule:

📅 December 24 & 25 – Afternoon services will be until 6:00 PM only.
If you’d like your event to go beyond 6:00 PM, our catering setup will be left on-site and retrieved the next morning.

📅 December 31 & January 1 – We will not be accepting orders on these dates.

Even our hardworking kitchen staff and waiters need a holiday—yes, they exist outside the kitchen too! 😄🍽️

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure quality service for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations. Catering orders may be canceled free of charge if done by 3:30 PM on the business day prior to the scheduled event.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation required, same-day cancellations, regardless of the reason, will incur a 75% charge of the total event cost, including delivery.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, late cancellations result in significant food waste and operational losses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us minimize these impacts.

To ensure quality service for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations. Catering orders may be canceled free of charge if done by 3:30 PM on the business day prior to the scheduled event.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation required, same-day cancellations, regardless of typhoon or other weather-related disruptions will incur a 75% charge of the total event cost, including delivery.

We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. However, late cancellations result in significant food waste and operational losses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us minimize these impacts.

Please stay safe and take all necessary precautions as the typhoon approaches. Your safety and well-being are what matter most.
