We are looking for Milk Tea Lovers (and addicts!) to join our growing team, that will be assigned in our upcoming Pinamalayan Branch!

Are you a nice, cheerful/happy, reliable staff that is looking at getting orders, making, and delivering drinks and food to our customers with a smile?

Then, you are the one that we are looking for!

Elegant Tea is looking for an all-around Service Crew that is willing to work under pressure (busy hours), 6 days a week, and during holidays.

Job Qualifications
• High School Level or Vocational Graduate
• Open for all fresh Graduates
• Long Term employment, willing to grow and build his career here in our company. If you are just looking for experience and short-term employment, please don't apply.
• Punctual and goal-oriented. We are very strict about attendance especially being late as this is detrimental to our operations. If you can't commit to being on time every day, please don't apply.
• Students that are currently enrolled/planning to enroll this school year are NOT encouraged to apply - we need someone who can focus full time as our tasks are process-critical.

Job Description
• Can interact with both new and regular customers.
• Make sure that our store meets our high standards in maintaining cleanliness, serve consistently high-quality products to our patrons.
• Performs SERVICE CREW-like tasks like making easy to complicated drinks in a consistent manner, and can cook simple fried snacks.

Benefits:

• No working experience required
• Open for all Fresh Graduates
• If you own a motorcycle, you will be compensated for the gasoline consumed during delivery (gasoline allowance).

Job Description
• Capable of riding a motorcycle with automatic clutch
• Has a driver's license (w/ restriction code #1)
• Has the mastery of the areas within Bansud very well.
• Can interact with both new and regular customers.
• Maintains cleanliness
