Some days are made for slowing down.
Rain outside + coffee in hand + comfort food on the table + the coziest sweater you own + the people who make every conversation better. Feels like a warm hug, doesn’t it?

Social media experts: “Don’t post at night.”

Us: “Bet.”

Now the only problem is… if this Chicken à la King lands on your feed before bed, you’re probably going to spend the rest of the night thinking about that rich, creamy sauce. 😮‍💨🍗

We’re sorry. (Not really) 😋✌🏻

POV: We could’ve used regular bread… but we have standards. 🥖✨

So yes, it’s raining sourdough at Bean Addicted Elyu.

The bread beside your pasta? Sourdough.
The bread hugging all that gooey cheese in our Grilled Cheese Sandwich? Also sourdough.

Why?
Because she’s not just pretty. She’s got substance too.
✔ Naturally fermented
✔ Easier to digest
✔ Gut-friendly
✔ Better nutrient absorption
✔ May help with blood sugar control
✔ Keeps you full longer

Whether you’re wiping your plate clean after pasta (fare la scarpetta supremacy 🤌) or stretching that cheese pull for the ’Gram, sourdough simply understands the assignment.

Regular bread could never. 🤎
