ALPHA LAB Former Empire Gym For athletes coming from outside the city, we have apartments to accommodate your stay.

Alpha Lab is a training/fitness center that caters to the modern mixed martial arts athlete/fighter coming out of Baguio and the Cordilliera Region. Placed on the mountain side of Quezon Hill, away from the pollution of the city, we are the perfect place to experience HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINING that Baguio has to offer. We Offer:
- Muay Thai (Kick Boxing)
- No Gi Grappling (Wrestling & Judo)
- Mix

ed Martial Arts
- Filipino Martial Arts (Cali, Arnis etc...) We also offer conditioning workouts such as...
- TRX, CrossFit, Plyometrix, Kettle Bell Program and Tabata

So if you're looking for a place to base your training camp to prepare for a fight or simply workout, you are more than welcome to join and visit us.

After a typically bruising bout with Hong Thanonchai, Sangmanee Sor Tienpo was rushed to the hospital. Reports seem to indicate it wasn't the bout that caused the medical issues, but poison!
