Requirements:
β’ At least 1 year of baking experience
β’ Experience in making Filipino breads is required
β’ Fast learner and able to work efficiently
β’ Can follow recipes and production standards
β’ Willing to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
β’ Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking
π° Starting Salary: β±600ββ±750/day
π― Production Bonus when quota is achieved
Paid Training Period:
Applicants will undergo a paid training period to evaluate their baking skills, speed, consistency, cleanliness, and ability to follow our production standards.
Successful applicants may be offered employment based on their training performance and available position.

Requirements:
β’ With TESDA NC II in Bread and Pastry Production preferred
β’ Willing to undergo training
β’ Basic baking knowledge is an advantage
β’ Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn
β’ No extensive experience required
π° Training Allowance: β±300/day
Paid Training Period:
Applicants will undergo a paid training period where they will be evaluated based on their ability to learn our Filipino bread production process, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently.
Applicants who successfully complete the training may be offered employment at β±505ββ±530/day, depending on skills and performance, subject to applicable minimum-wage and employment regulations.
β οΈ The paid training period does not automatically guarantee employment. Employment will depend on the applicantβs performance, skills, attendance, attitude, and available position.
