Life is still good, even when so many things go wrong - even if tomorrow is uncertain.
Often we used to wait for luck. We used to question why things didn't fall into place the way we hope them to be.
But over time, we'd come to understand something deeper-some things are just simply beyond our control.
And maybe they were never meant to break us, but to shape us.
Let's choose to see the good. Not because everything is perfect, but because there is still light, growth, and purpose in the middle of it all.

Then this dish is just perfect for you!

Our version of Salisbury Steak in Fresh Mushrooms and Red Wine Gravy. Pan seared, cooked on high heat to brown the burgers so they are still raw on the inside, then finished cooking them in the gravy. The gravy infuses moisture in to the burgers. And the juices from the burgers that seep while they are cooking add flavours to the gravy. YUMMY!

Traditionally made by sautéing small cubes of beef with garlic, butter and olive oil. Our version, we use chicken meat because chicken is a leaner substitute for beef which is still packed with protein and it has much fewer fats and calories. Above all, chicken meat means no more worrying about chewy beef because a well-cooked chicken is tender and melts in your mouth. Try it and it might just become a favourite of your yours, too.
