If there is someone around here who knows his Indonesian food, that would be our awesome and cool Melbourne-based Bacolod native Shiv Nandwani, who has traveled to Bali and has grown accustomed to Indonesian culinary traditions because of his girlfriend, Tanya, a gorgeous Balinese lady (not in the picture).
Shiv gave The Satay Guys some pointers for improvement, and we were all ears! Let's not forget to mention that we had the pleasure of Ms. Janelle Clavecilla's company. Shiv liked our sate ayam (chicken satay) and gave it 5 stars! Nelle thought the concept was cool and novel, which really got us thinking about putting up a permanent spot in Bacolod. They both got to see your Satay Guy Noni (with his batik polo shirt. Gotta look the part, eh?) in action in the kitchen/theater for a fun and interactive dining experience.
