📢 Service Update: Over 60% of cell towers are currently down across providers, which may cause connectivity issues.

We kindly ask for everyone’s understanding during this disruption. Thank you very much 🙏

More than 60% of cell towers (combined for Smart and Globe) are still offline in Bacolod City due to power outage. Most of these towers belong to Globe, with at least 83 still offline, according to Bacolod Mayor Greg Gasataya.
