WATCH | Filipino pride rolls on in Rome!

The Philippine men’s street skateboarding team made their mark at the World Skateboarding Tour in Park Oppio, Rome (June 14–21), gaining invaluable experience on the global stage.

Competing in an Olympic qualifying event is already a huge achievement—and for these young skaters, it’s all about growth, grit, and embracing the moment. 💪

Coach Bryan Ermac praised the team’s effort and “laban” spirit, highlighting their ability to compete with the world’s best despite being first-timers. The journey doesn’t stop here—eyes are now set on the ASEAN Games in Japan this September. 🇯🇵

“We gained valuable experience we can use moving forward,” said Mark Antony Operio, while Renz Zelig emphasized the importance of focus and determination at this level.

The future is bright. The grind continues. 🔥

1. From downtown, sakay jeep nga “Sta. Fe”
2. Naog sa Bangga Bagul nga Paradahan
3. Sakay motor hambala lang sa Skate Park sa Abada.

Plete kay ₱13 sa jeep kag ₱20 pa skate park.

We will still have our Mini Slalom compe at 2PM Onwards!

Open na ang arao skate park pwede gd kamo ka warm-up didto.

Show starts at 2PM! Early pa ta kay until 6:30PM lg ang park.
