From a simple passion for cooking & recipes passed down through generations, Mila’s has grown into something we never could have imagined when it all began nearly five decades ago.

We are deeply grateful to Negros Season of Culture for featuring Mila’s and for taking the time to tell the story behind how our humble restaurant came to be—from those treasured family recipes to the people who helped turn that passion into a family legacy that continues to this day.

We are especially thankful for all the people who have been part of our journey—our family, our staff, and everyone who has supported us through the years. Your love, hard work, and dedication have helped make Mila’s what it is today.
