It’s been two weeks since this unforgettable moment, and we are still in awe and deeply grateful. To be recognized and given the opportunity to stand side by side with the legends of the rotisserie and lechon industry is truly humbling. These are the masters who have shaped and elevated our culinary heritage through their passion, dedication, and craftsmanship.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival for this incredible opportunity and meaningful recognition. Your celebration of Bacolod’s rich Filipino food culture, such as chicken inasal, continues to bring together communities, honor tradition, and highlight the people behind these beloved culinary icons.

This recognition is shared with our hardworking team, loyal customers, family, friends, and partners who continue to support our journey. Two weeks later, the gratitude remains just as strong, and we are inspired to continue serving with even more passion, respect, and commitment to the craft. ❤️🙏🔥🐔🐷

We are truly honored and grateful to the City of Bacolod and the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival for this recognition. 🐔

This award inspires us to continue doing what we love: serving the best lechon belly and bringing delicious meals to every Negrosanons table. 🍽️

Our mission has always been simple: to bring families together through good food and shared moments. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing loved ones gather around a feast and create memories with one another. 🤍

Thank you for this recognition. It serves as a reminder of why we do what we do every day, for the people who appreciate good food, good company, and the joy of sharing a meal. 🫶🏽
