Safe to say... we definitely didn’t pack light! 🤩☕

Seeing all of you today reminded us exactly why we put in all the effort.

We came into Day 1 not knowing what to expect—just good coffee and a team ready to serve. But you all showed up and made every bit of prep worth it.

Everything we brought was for one reason: to make sure every cup you received had the same quality, consistency, and care you’d expect from Wayside—even in the middle of the Coffee Fiesta rush.

Thank you for making our first day one we’ll never forget. 💜

This year’s signature coffees are inspired by three expressions of Sugarcane—fresh sugarcane juice, muscovado, and molasses—reimagined through locally grown Liberica coffee. The result? Two drinks, each with its own journey.

Our new ceremonial matcha is sourced from 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻 & 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗮, 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗮, 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻. Carefully cultivated, shaded for two weeks using the 𝗝𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 method, and freshly milled, it’s crafted to deliver a smooth, rich cup with naturally nutty, milky, and umami notes.
