John 11:25
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.”
No matter what you are facing, God can bring new beginnings. There is always hope in Him.
In this verse, Jesus is speaking to Martha after her brother Lazarus died. She was grieving, and Jesus gave her a powerful truth:
• “I am the resurrection” – Jesus has power over death. He is the source of new life.
• “and the life” – Real life—spiritual, eternal, and meaningful—comes only through Him.
• “whoever believes in me will live” – Anyone who trusts in Jesus receives eternal life.
• “even though they die” – Physical death is not the end; believers will live forever with God.
⸻
💛 Deeper Spiritual Meaning
• Hope beyond death: Death is not final for those who believe in Jesus.
• Life starts now: Eternal life is not just future—it begins the moment you trust Him.
• Jesus is the answer: He doesn’t just give help—He is the solution to death, fear, and emptiness.
⸻
🙏 Personal Reflection
This verse asks you:
• Do I truly believe that Jesus is my source of life?
• Am I trusting Him even in times of loss, fear, or uncertainty?
Even when situations feel “dead” (dreams, relationships, hope),
Jesus can bring life back again.
