Our Tonkatsu (とんかつ, 豚かつ) or deep-fried pork cutlet is made of breaded pork cut meat and deep fry served with freshly shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.

What makes this dish truly special is it’s delightfully crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Tonkatsu sauce adds flavor to each bite.
