Rooted in collaboration, grown with intention. 🌱☕

At Ganin Farm of , Esstoria Coffee joined hands with local advocates to share sustainable practices for growing better coffee. Starting with a hands-on making of seaweed foliar to boost cherry production in Liberica trees.

We were also joined by and for a meaningful exchange of stories, techniques, and shared experiences in coffee.

The highlight? A deeper appreciation for Philippine Liberica and the promising development of cascara right here at Ganin Farm.

When communities come together, knowledge grows and so does the coffee.

This Fine Robusta from Minoyan isn’t just single origin it’s a single story, passed down from one generation to the next.
In the background is the portrait of Tatay Morito Obrique, a pillar of the land. His hands may have planted the roots, but today, due to his old age, it is his son and grandchildren who continue to nurture and grow that legacy.

Every bag is a tribute not just to fine coffee, but to a family's enduring commitment to quality, culture, and community.

We spent the day deep in the roots of coffee at Ganin Farms—literally and figuratively. 🌱☕ From collectively discussing traceability and seed-to-cup stories to exploring sustainable practices, we continue to learn and affirm the principles we also apply at Esstoria Coffee.

Each coffee is unique, shaped by its terroir, farmer's care, and the choices made during processing. Understanding this helps us better appreciate every cup, and gives deeper meaning to the work we do in curating Esstoria's seasonal selections.

As a representative of the Slow Food Coffee Coalition, she brought the voice of indigenous farmers from Negros Occidental all the way to Italy at Terra Madre 2024. Her work honors tradition, empowers local communities, and proves that quality and advocacy can thrive side by side.
