Thank you patrons of RMK. And thank you Maxim delivery. Riders enjoyed a plate of spicy Nasi Goreng Ayam for free after picking up an order from us today.

Dear friends of RMK,
We regret to inform you that our Rendang spices can not make it on time before Christmas due to delay in international shipping.

We may not be able to accept new Beef Rendang party tray orders anymore. Those who already pre-ordered for pickup until the 22nd are still confirmed (sent you separate individual messages as well).

Likewise, our Rendang will be unavailable at our store starting this Monday, Dec 15th until further notice. My sincere apologies. However, as an alternative dish selection, we'll be bringing back our Ayam Penyet (smashed Indonesian fried chicken), a personal favorite and a popular dish during our Halampangan Cafe days at Mayfair plaza.

Ayam Penyet, is an Indonesian deep fried chicken of Javanese origin. Incredibly aromatic, and best eaten when smothered with our in-house sambal. Served with fried tofu, sambal kangkong, steamed rice and cucumbers.

Quietly celebrating our 2 years today, with a silent prayer of profound gratitude. A lot of my returning diners asking what's my secret in keeping my consistency. Well, there's no secret at all. Rather, it's because of this 1 rejection a few weeks after we opened in 2023. As painful as it is to remember, but I had this saved to look at, on a regular basis to remind me, customer satisfaction above anything else.

Happy birthday RMK. To everyone, whether you came here to eat once or a regular patron, from the bottom of my heart, Terima Kasih banyak. But for you, my heart has no bottom.. ❤️

Hello. It might take a little while before we get some kind of normalcy in our store hours. There are no fresh cucumbers right now, spring onions are withered, no cilantros and galangals and the wet market is practically empty with only 2 or 3 vendors selling fresh prawns, and with ridiculous prices that are sold out by 7am (supply and demand I guess).

As if loss last week alone from my inventory spoilage due to closure is not enough, we SMEs are dealing with staggering prices of raw ingredients right now.

Please bear with us if you find our store opening hours irregular. I dont want to serve food with subpar quality and freshness just to make a quick buck. I'll try to open again if and when I can buy ingredients i deem worthy of your money.
