Ho Chi Minh was my home for almost six years. Here I fell in love with the culture, the people, and most especially, the food. I particularly loved their delightful desserts!
Made with lush plantain bananas, strong Vietnamese coffee, sweet coconut cream and other special ingredients, I have successfully replicated the recipes shared with me by my colleague, Tran Thi Le.
Now, I am thrilled to share them with you!
