👤 Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director

🌟 What You’ll Do:
• Drive New Business: Connect with corporate clients, wedding planners, government agencies, and celebrants to secure event bookings.
• Showcase Venue Potential: Lead engaging site inspections and highlight our resort amenities and catering services.
• Coordinate Flawless Events: Serve as the main point of contact for clients from booking to event day—managing menus, layouts, and timelines.
• Lead Internal Teams: Work closely with our kitchen, service, and setup teams to turn client visions into reality.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 💼 2–4 years of proven experience in event sales or coordination (hotel, restaurant, or event venue setting).
• 📊 Strong skills in MS Excel (pricing/budgeting) and CRM/event layout tools.
• 🗣️ Exceptional communication and closing skills.
• 🕒 Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends during events).
