This is another favourite of our taraki farmer-biyaheros, the special Sinigang Tilapia. One variation of this dish from the usual cooking method is that the tilapia is deep fried before it is added to the sabaw to make it more savoury. No maramanan yo, baka mapapa-isip ka nalang na sinigang talaga ang Pambansang Ulam ng Pilipinas at hindi Adobo! Kalëjo mëngan!😁
